1. Uygulamanın Amacı

Petmine, evcil hayvanınıza ait bilgileri takip etmeniz ve düzenli tutmanız için geliştirilmiştir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

2. Hesap ve Kullanım

Uygulamayı Google hesabınızla kullanırsınız. Girdiğiniz bilgilerin doğru ve güncel olmasından ve hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınıza izinsiz erişildiğini düşünüyorsanız Google hesap güvenliği ayarlarınızı gözden geçirin.

3. Kullanıcı Verileri

Uygulamaya girdiğiniz tüm bilgiler sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Kayıtlarınızı dilediğiniz zaman düzenleyebilir veya silebilirsiniz.

4. Yasaklanan Kullanımlar

Uygulamayı yasa dışı bir amaçla kullanamaz, sisteme veya altyapıya zarar verecek girişimlerde bulunamaz, başkalarının hesabına ya da verilerine izinsiz erişmeye çalışamazsınız.

5. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulamanın tasarımı, logosu, metinleri ve yazılımı geliştiriciye aittir. İzinsiz kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz veya dağıtılamaz. Sizin girdiğiniz içerikler size aittir.

6. Hizmet Değişiklikleri

Geliştirici yeni özellikler ekleyebilir, mevcut özellikleri değiştirebilir veya kaldırabilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulmaya çalışılır.

7. Sorumluluk

Teknik bir sorun veya veri kaybı durumunda geliştirici sorunu gidermek için makul çabayı gösterir; ancak kesintisiz ve hatasız çalışma garantisi verilmez ve doğabilecek zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez.

8. Koşulların Güncellenmesi

Bu koşullar gerektiğinde güncellenebilir. Güncellenmiş sürüm uygulama içinde yayımlandığı andan itibaren geçerli olur.

Petmine was built to help you track and organise information about your pet. By using the app you accept these terms.

2. Account and Use

You use the app with your Google account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the security of your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, review your Google account security settings.

3. Your Data

All information you enter into the app is your responsibility. You can edit or delete your records at any time.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to damage the system or its infrastructure, or try to access other people's accounts or data without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The design, logo, texts and software of the app belong to the developer and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission. The content you enter remains yours.

6. Changes to the Service

The developer may add new features, change existing ones or remove them. Significant changes will be announced in the app where possible.

7. Liability

In case of a technical problem or data loss, the developer will make reasonable efforts to resolve it; however, uninterrupted and error-free operation is not guaranteed and no liability is accepted for any resulting damage.

8. Updates to These Terms

These terms may be updated when needed. An updated version takes effect as soon as it is published in the app.
